As an Executive Assistant climbing the corporate ranks, I discovered that traditional success often came with an expiration date for my well-being. Even after securing the coveted Office Manager role at a prominent real estate investment firm — where I orchestrated the seamless relocation of a 2,000-square-foot office to a 7,000-square-foot suite on the 54th floor of the tallest building west of the Mississippi — I found myself drained, undervalued, and boxed in.

Enough was enough.

What followed was a bold transition. I earned my Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and took the self-taught route into project management, learning by doing, adapting, and outlasting. From there, I launched my consulting business — and I haven’t looked back.
